How do I order?
– Its easy! Just click “Order Now” and fill up the necessary information and choose your mode of payment. We accept Credit cards and Paypal.
How do I know if my payment went through?
-First thing you can do is check your e-mail. When an order is made, you will be receiving an order confirmation from us via email. You might also want to check your spam/junk mail, just in case. If you do not see an email from us on your inbox or spam mail, most likely the order was not made. If there is still no e-mail, but you would want to make sure, you may contact us to double check the status of your order by sending us an email at customerservice@jojomodo.com.
How do I track my order?
-We will be sending you a tracking information on your email as soon as it’s available. You may check your tracking on www.usps.com or www.17track.net. Please be informed that items may come from overseas(Singapore, India, China).
When can I expect delivery?
-Our standard transit time is 7-20 business days by the time you have received your tracking number.
Do you charge shipping fee?
-All our items are shipping fee included.
I still haven’t received my orders and it has been beyond the transit time. What should I do?
-You may contact us via email on our Contact us page on the website and indicate your name, phone number, order number, tracking number. One of our personnel will be in contact with you with the solution.
The item I ordered arrived with damages?
-Please report to us immediately by sending an email to customerservice@jojomodo.com detailing the concern or problem and we will address you concern as soon as possible.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
-We only accept goods to be returned or exchanged if it is proven to be defective or damaged. Customers are not entitled to a return or an exchange if they change their mind after the sale has been made. If the item received is not defective or is in perfect condition, the prohibition on the “NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY” does not apply. However, since customer satisfaction is our main priority, please e-mail us at customerservice@jojomodo.com and we will get back to you regarding your
concern.
How do I pay?
-After submitting your order, we will be in contact with you via email on how are you going to pay for your order. We might send you a secured link that you will be clicking to pay. Secured Link either be from our bank merchant account where in you will be inputting your credit card information or via Paypal.
Do you accept any other form of payment other than credit card and Paypal?
-As of the moment, we only have credit card and Paypal as our payment option.
